Work Experience	System Administrator, operating in the the DCS- Storage Italy Hub Area, 
on the ENI baseline. Work competences include (but are not limited to) monitoring, 
archiving and restoring data on both servers and clients, through Puredisk, MIP, Legato 
Networker and Arkivio backup softwares. ESA War Room Program Office, caring the creation 
and revision of official documentation for the new account ESA start up. Multilingual 
Helpdesk Coordinator Associate for EDS Bitritto (Italy) giving second level technical 
assistance (direct assistance on customers’ PC’s). Normal duties include (but not 
limited to) solving issues remotely: technical support, network and application 
troubleshooting, configuration assistance and recovery function. For client locations in 
Spain, Italy and England.
