Managed a team and provided consultancy and guidance in site preparation, 
Network design, system installation, configuring OS (Linux) and other services, software 
installation and user training. Procurement of Hardware, Software, Networking etc.All 
the 14 District Courts in the State were automated under the program, which entailed 
online service delivery through internet from central Data Centre. 
	Integrated imaging solutions for document capturing and achieving. This was 
later customized and implemented in other states also.
	Managing a team of 100+ support professionals spread over various locations.
	Single Point of Contact / interface (Single window system) for accessing the 
information by the Public.
	Organised 2-days’ Workshops in 3 batches for District Court officials in 
different modules of the software system during the year 2004. 
Headed the Computerisation of Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) Cochin as Strategy

Successfully coordinated the DOEACC CCC CAPES-2007 online test conducted on 16th June-

	Around 50 candidates appeared for the Computer Capability Certificate test 
conducted by the Department of Electronics Accredited Course on Computing. 
Responsible for managing the application software development, support & maintenance and 
recently prepared a DISNIC Plan for micro level planning for the state of Madhya Pradesh 
(11 crores project) as PMO Head and exceptionally proficient in planning and monitoring 
and controlling.
	The Madhya Pradesh state consists of 48 Districts, and the various departments 
at the District level, Block Level and Village Level have isolated information systems 
developed by NIC including the web based public grievance information system for the 
chief minister’s office MP. But most of the systems will serve the purposes of the 
concerned departments only. The plan which I have initiated is a huge project
 to 
integrate all the information requirement for the efficient planning, resource 
mobilisation with a holistic view of MP state and the entire Nation in mind. The 
information collected from the various departments are integrated in such a way that the 
integrated package will serve as a decision supporting system for decision makers at 
different levels
from villages, blocks, Districts, MP State and to the
entire Nation. 
And the system serves in a multidimensional way to cater the needs of researchers, 
planners and administrators. 
Responsible for managing the development and maintenance of value added projects of NIC 
Madhya Pradesh as Principal Systems Analyst/PMO Head was leading a team of 10 
technocrats including Web designers, Network support Engineers and Application 
Developers, System Support Engineers involved in the following activities. (Initiation, 
Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control and closing) and made substantial revenue 
during the year from 2004 to 2008.
	NIC, Madhya Pradesh is currently maintaining over 445 web-sites on the Madhya 
Pradesh Portal (www.mp.nic.in “Cyber Gateway to Madhya Pradesh”) to facilitate a greater 
access to all interested citizens and also to promote G2G/G2B/G2C/G2E interaction. Web 
Site Hosting and Maintenance - Hosting of the site on a reliable & fast server is as 
important as the design of the site. Special care is taken to ensure that the site is 
secure & fast. Web site hosting services include: Domain registration (on NIC.IN and 
GOV.IN Domains). 1. State-of-the-art secured Web Servers, 2.Support for Databases, 3. 
Password Protected Web Sites, 4. Unlimited updates, 5. Updation facility through FTP 
over VPN, 6. Web site promotion, 7. Uploading facility on Tenders INDIA Portal, 8. 
Uploading facility on Government Policies Portal. I have designed a sales robot to 
propagate the services of NIC to the internet community. (Brainbench Certificate holder 
in Internet Research Techniques and Resources).

	Madhya Pradesh State Centre also provides effective Networking Solutions of all 
kinds to its clients ranging from installation of entire networks to providing 
specialized services over Networks such as Video Conferencing, Electronic Data 
Interchange, etc. The basic network services include setting up the Local Area Network 
(LAN), the Virtual Private Network or providing the Intranet Solution at the Users 
premises as per the requirement. For identifying the prospective areas where networking 
can be optimally utilized, NIC carries out extensive Feasibility Studies while proposing 
a solution to the User. Having a strong backbone support of NICNET, NIC provides all 
kinds of VSAT based services such as DirecWay, SkyBluster, DAMA, etc., and also the RF 
(wireless) Technology to its User Organizations. 1. Maintenance & Management of State 
Network – (Firewall for Network Security, Patch Management & Antivirus Solution, through 
Central Servers), 2. Maintenance & Management more than 100 V-SATs, which includes DAMA, 
DirecWay & SkyBluster V-SATs, installed at various NIC Centres and
Inter-Building, 3. 
RF-Link LAN & Network Operations at Mantralaya, Vidhan Sabha, Vindhyachal Bhawan, 
Satpura Bhawan, Academy of Administration & NVDA Building, 4. Operation & Maintenance of 
Storage Area Network (SAN) & related equipments, 5.Network Support Services to the 
concerned Customer users. 6. Configuration of Virtual Private Network (VPN) for the 
maintenance of websites directly by the Customer user through FTP. (Brainbench 
certificate holder in Network Technical Support).

	Taken initiative for several cost cutting efforts, say for example avoiding 
duplication of efforts including keeping all the reusable objects and classes in a .dll 
file (ASP_.NET) to use it for other projects initiated by the organisation, keeping a 
holistic view of organization as a whole and introduced project management methodology 
as prescribed in the PMBOK framework and accomplished more using fewer resources by 
improving the performance across all projects in the organization.
