• Designed & fabricated a parallel jaw gripper to automate the manufacturing system.
Conducted FEM analysis on the gripper. Automating the system resulted in a 22% increase in
production.
• Simulated FMVSS208 in a full frontal crash test of a 2000 Honda Accord model at 30mph
with a rigid barrier. The simulation results of Hypermesh & LS Dyna matched the data
available from NHTSA.
• Extensively used Pro/E and SOLIDWORKS for modeling various complex 3D solid parts and
assemblies.
