      	B.S. in Biomedical Engineering, expected May 2008

EXPERIENCE	
Internship at St. Luke’s Medical Center
June 2007 – September 2007
      	Worked with biomedical engineers and biomedical technicians in performing        
	repairs and planned maintenances on various biomedical devices.
      	Accomplishments:  
              -	gained insight on the repair and maintenance process, as well as 
familiarity with the design of  biomedical equipment
              -	improved troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

Senior Design Projects
September 2004 – present
      	Worked two years researching two different sports medicine related projects:  a 
	treadmill and a tennis racket. (2004 – 2006)
      	Working on a new stand-up wheelchair design that combines manual and power 
	capabilities.  (2006 – present)
      	Accomplishments:
              -	learned and applied the design process
              -	improved teamwork and communication skills
