This is in need of looking for a position in finance/accounting field, which correlates 
very well with my personal development, skills, and background. 

I had studied for accounting at HongIk University, Korea, before coming to the U.S.A in 
2001. Since that time, I have been through ESL program, community college as a transfer 
student, and California State University Northridge (CSUN) where I earned my bachelor 
degree in finance in December 2005. I have working experiences in a various areas, such 
as hotel business, attorney’s office, and military service, and currently work for one 
of retail businesses servicing TV & Appliances based in LA & OC area as a senior 
accountant. I’m currently looking for a job more closely matched with my career and 
skills in more professional environment.  
	
Beside of B.S degree in Finance, I’m preparing for various finance certifications, such 
as Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), as a 
part of the continuous self-development. I have passed three parts out of four on CMA 
exam, and expect to complete both exams by a year of 2008. Additionally, I’m working on 
the preparation of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam that will be done by 2nd 
quarter of 2008. I believe that those certifications will help provide a value-added 
service and competitive skills. 

As mentioned above, I have been studying and developing myself since I came over to the 
U.S. in 2001 in order to achieve my career goal in fiancé/investment field. I also enjoy 
attempting competitive and challengeable tasks and have gained actual experiences in 
accounting field by working at a public accounting firm and retail company, where I have 
also learned about business operations. I can say that I’m very motivated because I have 
come this far only with the ambition of reaching my career goal.
