I am looking for a company in NYC that is able to provide H1B sponsorship. In case such 
opportunity is (or will be) open either with you or your affiliates I would very much

I have F-1 status (OPT) valid till 7/9/2008. By now my US work experience as a financial 
specialist is 1.5 years (security trading company and the bank) and I would like to stay 
in the country and continue my career here. Unfortunately, The Bank of New York Mellon, 
where I am currently employed does not provide visa sponsorship due to its corporate 
policy.

online to determine if the companies on the Colbent Desk were in proof or out-of-proof
o	Created a list of out-of-proof companies and distributed it via Lotus Notes among 
reconciliation specialists to whom these companies were assigned (including myself) for 
determining the cause of breaks and rectifying them
o	For each Colbent Desk created a paper folder to collect WISE rectification print-
outs and filed it for approval by managers; when the approval was received placed the 
folder into a storage box

·On a weekly basis reconciled all accounts on ACTION system (app. 800).
o	Picked up the Asset Control Account Reconciliation Report (ACAR Report) and 
reviewed the listing to identify out-of-proof companies
o	Used TAS and ACTION system codes to perform research and analysis to determine 
the cause of break
o	When rectification was necessary (e.g. when NRA tax check was not deposited or 
back-date dividend was not paid) instructed responsible departments to fix the problem
