I am a company sales trainer for Dish Network products and AT&T business to business 
telephone services. I  control all hiring and recruiting of a 90 person call center and 
I train all Dish Network new hires as well as handle all up-sale training for over 15 
employees. I am responsible for the hire process of at least 10 employees a week. I also 
do all quality assurance for this company. This consists of pulling calls, coaching 
employees, and disciplinary action when necessary.


Feb- 2000 to Jan-2004

Remodel America – Manager and Sales Rep

I was a floor manager responsible for on phone appointments for roofing and siding sales 
as well as production of six employees. In addition, I also did out bound sales with 
this company and became a top sales rep. I was responsible for all new scripting on the 
phone when necessary as well.


Jun-1995 to Feb-2000

Evolution Audio Video – Vice President of Sales

I was the Vice president of this company. My work involved managing a sales team both in 
the retail environment as well as an out bound sales force of over 16 reps. I also 
handled all payroll issues and accounts payable and receivable when necessary. In 
addition, I had two call centers I overseen that both had 16 appointment setters to keep 
the reps in sales when needed. I was also responsible for all training, hiring, firing, 
and employee reviews with this company.

Dial America Marketing – Lead Telemarketer

I was a top sales rep for this company. Our job was to sell magazines for charity. I 
also advanced to management and special projects within the years here. I created 
scripting and sales motivational tools, handled all new accounts with my sales team, and 
got numerous awards for telephone production.
