Hello-

Im starting an Astral Projection Workgroup for people in the Portland/Vancouver area.  
We will be meeting once a week in Vancouver and working from the book Mastering Astral 
Projection by Robert Bruce.  We have about 5 members right now and Im looking for a 
few more.  If you have any interest in Lucid Dreaming, Out of Body Experience (oobe) or 
other altered states of consciousness, wed love to have you join our group.  The book 
were working from outlines a day-by-day program to teach beginners to have reliable, 
repeatable out of body experiences.  
We will have regular meetings starting in early February, but well be meeting for 
coffee on Sunday, Jan. 31st, at the Savona Coffee House in Vancouver around noon. If
