Hi my name is Kathy and Ive lived in so hum for 13yrs.and I really need to find a place to live 1 or 2 bd.  I have 
great references and a guaranteed monthly income. I am a single 48yr old I am quiet, not a partier,I do have a 
215. I have lived off grid more then on so that wouldnt be a problem for me. I have a small sweet dog, hes 7, not 
a yappy boy. Hes pretty darn sweet, very very well behaved. I can pay rent, work for rent/r partial rent exchange. 
I have worked, house sat, caretaker, and Ive been self employed since 2006. In addition I get a monthly chk. I 
have 2 grown children. 1 lives in Washington, going to college , and a daughter thats in Arcata. So they do visit 
with me. I am  a widower. So my daughter dies come to see me often. But no one rese would be living with
