OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVES

Royal Foam, LLC is currently seeking self-motivated Outside Sales Representatives to 
cover multiple territories within the state of Virginia.
Royal Foam, LLC is a 
manufacturer and distributor of Styrofoam-based stucco monument signs and mailboxes, as 
well as fine geo-foam, interior and exterior building trim and other finished foam 
products.

Outside Sales Representatives are responsible for prospecting, generating, and closing 
new business to achieve revenue goals.
The ideal candidate must be familiar with cold 
calling, networking, in-person meetings, relationship building, and mass e-mailings.

The main products of focus for an Outside Sales Representative are Royal Monument Signs 
and Luxury Mailboxes.
Other products available are three dimensional custom foams and 
figures, advertising products, and interior and exterior trim, which are sold to retail 
consumers.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
·	Sales Activities to meet quotas
·	Generate, service, and close sales of Royal Monument Signs and Luxury Mailboxes
·	Conduct meetings with clients
·	Determine customer needs
·	Develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company product 
offerings
·	Keep in constant contact with his/her customer base
·	Prepare detailed report on sales activities
·	Generate new clients in targeted markets
·	Create and implement a prospecting plan

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
·	Minimum two years of outside sales experience or related sales experience is 
preferred
·	Successful sales experience within a large & small account environment is a plus
·	Positive and self-motivated attitude, as well as a goal-oriented 
·	Previous proven expertise in construction, marine, stucco, and building is 
highly preferred
·	Selling experience to retail stores such as Wal-Mart, Target, Lowes, etc, is a 
plus
·	Ability to effectively learn and apply information about products, services, and 
solutions
·	Proficiency in Windows based and Open Source applications, highly preferred

POSITION CHARACTERISTICS:
·	This is a commission only position with an established territory base
·	Earning potential is $50,000 to $180,000 annually
·	A draw may become available, based on the discretion of the management
·	Benefits may become available after successful completion of the 
probationary

 period
