School-based mental health therapist
Currently seeking two school-based therapists to coordinate and provide preventive
behavioral health services in the schools served by Outreach Teen and Family Services.
This position may be asked to provide direct counseling to students, identify and
coordinate linkages to treatment services, develop psycho educational classroom
presentations, curriculum based groups, support groups, individual psycho educational
sessions, in-services, and faculty and staff education forums for the school.
Opening for Pittsburgh Technical College in Oakdale, PA for Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
from 10-2.
Opening for Chartiers-Houston Jr./Sr. High School in Houston PA for 30 hours per week
during the school year.
Opportunity to provide additional counseling at our outpatient office in Mt. Lebanon in
the evening/weekends.
Applicant must have a minimum of a masters degree in social work, psychology, counseling,
or a related field and must have a minimum of three years experience. Act 33/34 and Act 73
clearances required.
