Full time position 

Salary: $80K-$100K + Relocation

Large, publicly traded property located in the South seeks an experienced F&B executive 

Responsible for all profit and loss, customer service, quality, safety and employee 
turnover of the entire areas to include: Stewarding, Housekeeping, Public Area and other 
Back of House Functions. 
Must have outstanding customer service skills and technical knowledge. 
Will ensure that all equipment, utensils, counters, refrigerators and storage areas are 
clean and orderly.
Will work closely with the Executive Chef regarding back of house food preparation and 
set up, condiments and utensils.
Must have a 4-yr degree
MUST have a minimum three (3) years stewarding management experience from a Las Vegas 
Casino.
Reports to the Director of Food & Beverage.
