2 blade bleeder used during the American Civil War. Brass handle in great condition, 
still very sharp. This was used by doctors in the belief they could rid soldiers of 
illness by making incisions and bleeding the patient and for cutting of wounds.
From my own family so I know it was used by the Confederate medical doctors.
