We are a family oriented pet kennel, our objective is to produce the very best family 
dogs possible. Our litters have a variation in color, markings, coat lengths, gender, and 
size. We have many different colors to choose from. We have white, panda, black/tan, 
black/silver, black/red, sable, liver and black. We take pride in our puppies. Our 
kennels are cleaned everyday rain or shine. Everyone is welcome to come by and see our 
kennels and puppies/dogs, weather permitted….

Pricing: 

Pricing our puppies is generally different per litter. Most of our litters go from 
$400.00 up to $1200.00 depending on the parents. We do have some that are not registered 
and their puppies are obviously lower in price. All of our AKC puppies come with breeding 
rights, but we do ask that you have their hips/elbows certified before breeding. 

What does the purchase price include?

All of our puppies come with inoculations (age appropriate), 4 de-worming’s, a Free 
office visit and exam by a Licensed Veterinarian, one year health guarantee, copy of the 
puppys and parents pedigree, and are seen by a Veterinarian at 6 weeks old. 

What is NOT included: 

All shipping charges to your location.
All associated cost in preparing your puppy for shipping such as a health certificate.
Shipping can be handled through the airlines and ground. These costs are dependent upon 
travel distance, the shipping kennel size and weight. Airline shipments are not available 
in extremely hot or cold weather.
You may pick up your puppy at our kennel. Depending on the distance, we might be able to 
meet ½ ways.


Puppies do not leave until 8 weeks of age. In some cases we will let them leave earlier, 
but an early agreement contract is signed. 

we do not guarantee size, color, hair length or texture, temperament, and/or training 
abilities.

we reserve the right to sell any of our puppies we dont feel will fit in with your 
family.

we have been breeding quality dogs since 1996.
