Our company emerged from the humble beginning of ENGR. ARTHUR Y. PENOL in 
construction business industry. The business was started in September 1994 in the 
form of Sole Proprietorship with style name ZHELAR ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION (ZEC). 
Our main activities from the date of inception were ELECTRO-MECHANICAL and Civil / 
Structural Projects. Because of our good reputation we created in the industry, major 
developers in the country invited us to take part in their projects. Thus, in year 
2008, ENGR. A. PENOL, had improved the business form of ZEC into corporation 
and RHAJTEK-LINO INTERNATIONAL CORP. came into existence.

Our company is not limited only to Civil / Structural Construction; we are blessed to 
enter the TRADING Industry. For now, we are supplying the demands of construction and 
mining industry for Heavy Duty Coring Machines, Wall / Floor Cutters, Powder Actuated 
Tools, Power Loads, Drive Pins, Tile Leveling System. The quality of our machines has 
been proven heavy duty reliable by our major & minor clients.
In addition to these, we are also providing service for Floor / Wall Concrete Core 
(coring) Drilling & Wall / Floor sawing. And we are proud that we are now recognized 
as the leader in the industry providing these kinds of services.
