Cashier’s Check or Money Order in the amount of $25,000.00 as a deposit (to be held in 
escrow). The successful bidders deposit will be applied toward the purchase price. All 
others will be returned. Closing shall occur within 60 days after approval of sale. The 
Reserve Price placed on this property is Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Dollars 
($499,000.00). There is no Buyers Premium to be paid. The right is reserved to reject any 
and all bids if, at the discretion of the Seller they are found not to be in their best
