We are willing to pay $2,500.00 to anyone who brings us a buyer. This is a beautiful
custom built Conner Home (www.connerhomes.com), built in Sept 2000 and has a warm southern
exposure. If you love flowers, this is your home! We spent over $20,000 in landscaping. We
planted at least 100 bulbs and dozens of flowering plants of many varieties. We had it
professionally landscaped with 4 sunset maple trees, 2 Japanese maples, a large birch
tree, 10 Rhododendrons, 2 cedars and at least another 2 dozen shrubs. It has an irrigation
system and so watering this gorgeous landscape is easy. This is a large corner lot and so
you only have neighbors on one side of you (and these neighbors are so quiet). The back
patio is camouflaged with a large wisteria that is climbing over an iron trellis and will
be in full bloom by the end of May. Beside the wisteria is a large butterfly bush which
not only attracts butterflies, but humming birds too. We do get a few deer and a wonderful
assortment of birds come through the yard. The master bath is large with a deep tub and a
separate shower, walk-in closet, good-sized bedroom (just painted), 1 large window and 2
small picture windows on either side of the bed, double doors entry. One of the up-stairs
bedrooms was a former office and so it?s office-ready. This room has a peek-a-boo view of
Mt. Rainier. The entire house is wired for everything; there is cat 5 wiring throughout
with a Q-panel in the coat closet. There are built-in speakers upstairs and down. We
installed an ADP security system. We put in $20,000 in up-grades while the house was being
built and so things like chair-rail, wainscoting, extra mill work, French doors leading
into the room I use for my office. This room can also be used for a formal dining room or
a formal sitting room, up-graded lighting package too. Entry way has a large chandelier
with a vaulted ceilings, the staircase has two large corner windows that allows you to see
countless stars at night. Most of the downstairs floors are hardwood flooring, with new
carpeting in the living room. There is a gas fireplace and built-in entertainment center.
The counter-tops are large tiles with a full backsplash. We added extra cabinets and so
there is plenty of kitchen storage. There is a tile-covered breakfast bar, next to this is
the dining area which flows into the open living room area. The laundry room/mud room
leads to the double car garage. We installed lots of sturdy shelving, cabinets and hooks
and a super fast garage door opener. The garage is behind the house off a wide alleyway.
So when you drive up to the home, you see a beautiful house not a garage first with a
house there somewhere. We had a centralized Honeywell air purifier installed (it gets rid
of allergens). The houses siding is James Hardie Siding. It is made of cement and wood
composite. It looks like wood but is rot proof and fire resistant and holds the paint
better then just wood. This is an energy efficient home with water-savers on showerheads
and faucets, low-flow toilets, double-paned windows, energy-saver thermostat, and great
insulation. Anew an energy star refridgerator. The roof was professional cleaned and
treated, the heating and ventilation system was professional cleaned and the front door
and outside house trim was painted. To directly access this property, use this shortcut:
