Trinity Consultancy Services is seeking applications from qualified and experienced JAVA 
Developers with above skills for various requirements of Front End Web Developers with 
their Clients.  We are hiring only Citizens, Green card Holders and Professionals with 
employment authorization to work for any employer for these positions

The Front-end Web Developers will work on a team-creating web User Interfaces
(UIs) based entirely on modern web design technologies. 
The developer should possess a passion for creating innovative, W3C standards-compliant 
web UIs emphasizing semantic (X)HTML, unobtrusive JavaScript, and CSS-based designs.
Additionally, the developer will help drive the design and creation of an AJAX-based 
front-end application interfacing with a Java-based reporting application.

Requirements:
-	Extensive knowledge of the W3C standards
-	Expertise creating cross-browser compliant web UIs
-	Highly proficient in JavaScript / DOM scripting (5 years)
-	Java development experience required (2+ years)
-	 Semantic (X)HTML coding proficiency
-	CSS design proficiency
-	Awareness of usability and accessibility issues
-	Experience developing in a scripting language environment (preferably JSP)
-	Excellent communication skills (oral and written presentation)  
-	Prefer mentoring/training experience of more junior staff 
-	The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills that can be used 
to effectively communicate technical concepts to business customers.   
-	The candidate must be able to understand business customer requirements from the 
perspective of its impact to the success of the business and be able to translate them 
to a technical implementation. 
-	The candidate must be able to interact well with other technical team leaders 
such as architects, testing, analysts, and release managers as a lead member of the 
development team in order to accomplish the business goal. 
-	The candidate must be motivated and a self-starter that is able to cope well 
with uncertainty and change.
