Job Responsibilities: 
Provide an excellent customer service experience by maintaining the highest degree of 
courtesy, confidentiality and professionalism. 
Handle business transactions while maintaining customer goodwill. 
Utilize a variety of systems and web-based tools to research and resolve customer 
inquiries. 
Respond with enthusiasm while handling customer questions, complaints and inquiries. 

Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED. 
1 - 2 years of customer service experience. 
Excellent interpersonal; verbal and written communication skills and attention to 
details. 
The ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment 
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
