What types of exercises are included in the program? 

Strength Exercises for Athletes 
Core Training
Mobility Work (Efficient Movement) 
Power Development Drills 
Agility & Quickness Drills 
Raw Speed Training 
Introduction to Light weight training
Increased Reaction time, Learn about Fitness and Nutrition,
Get increased Mobility, and Coordination
Sports Psychology 

How often will we meet and where?  

Participants will meet every Saturday, Sunday, Monday, or Wednesday for one hour. 

Saturday and Sunday at Fort Ruger Park, Kahala 
11:30am  Youth Students  Athletes Class

Monday and Wednesday at Fort Ruger Park, Kahala
4:45pm  Youth Students  Athletes Class
 
Ken Gordon: Exercise Therapist 30 Years experience
Ken is a graduate of the University of Arizona in Exercise Science. He has more than 30 
years of experience as an award winning coach and educator. He is a member of the 
National Strength and Conditioning Association and has spoken at a multitude of 
conferences, clinics, and seminars.

Coaching Staff 17 years of experience
