I am a dental hygiene student accepting adult and children patients at school. Keep in 
mind because I am learning, everything I do the dentist/RDH instructors check to ensure 
the best quality of care. Due to the fact it is a teaching institution in a clinical 
setting it does take a series of 4-6 appointments which are 3.5 hours each to complete 
your full dental exam. It is extremely important to have commitment on your behalf as 
your attendance is calculated into my grade. The fees are: 

Adults (13-54 yrs. old) - $25 
Children (12 & under) - $20 
Senior Citizens (55 yrs. & older) - $10 
Medical Assistance (Badger Care) - $3 

The services performed: 

-Personal dental health education 
-X-Rays (if needed) 
-Teeth Cleaning 
-Fluoride treatments 

*When treatment is completed, a letter and x-rays are sent to your family dentist.
