Aloha! My name is Debbie and I’m looking for a female renter to share rent w/a young 
professional couple in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom downtown condo. It’s a furnished unit w/a 
large lanai and ocean view on the 14th floor, is 1,018 SF total, and will be available 
for rent on September 1st for move in. The building is one of the best on the island and 
its worth every penny. The rent is $1,100/month and in the unit it has central A/C, 
cable and wireless internet service, washer/dryer, microwave, range, dishwasher, and a 
fire sprinkler system. It’s located downtown at Honolulu Park Place on Nu’uanu Ave., and 
it’s just across and down the street from Safeway, Longs, Hawaii Pacific University, 
banks, restaurants, a post office, bus stops, and local nightclubs. Electricity and A/C 
are not included in rent but runs approximately $25 for electric and a little bit more if

The second room thats for rent has a queen size bed, desk and chair, full mirrored 
closet, 2 dressers, a book shelf, & a TV which includes cable and wireless internet w/the

youre interested in a parking stall, we also have one which would run $150 a month. A 
security deposit of $1,100 is due upon contract signing and first month’s rent will be
