$30 monthly office fee and a $250.00 transaction fee to all new agents interested in 
joining an up and coming agency. I am willing to guarantee the extension of this offer 
throughout the full term of your affiliation with my company.   My name is Ryan Jonke and 
I am in the process of creating a new real estate agency in the Metro Denver area. I am
