Ohio). Trailer is 12x60 and includes central air conditioning unit which was brandnew 
last year. Also includes a new shed wired with electric and a newer hot water heater and 
insulation on all the piping which plugs in from an indoor outlet. It has a nice large 
eat-in kitchen unlike many 12x60 trailers and a good sized living room. The bathroom is 
also larger than most with a double sink.  There is one larger bedroom with los of built 
in drawers and two closets and a smaller bedroom with a few shelves,a few drawers, and a 
nice size closet.  The kitchen also has plenty of cupboard space , 2 closets, and a
