We are asking $100,000. for the campsite and 2007 Breckenridge Park Model Trailer
located on 485 acres on Gardner Lake in Salem, Ct.  1 bedroom, 1 bath, completely 
furnished with a 12x12 ft sunroom and a 12x12 foot storage shed.  Some patio/sunroom 
furniture may be included.  The cooperative campground has 228 rv sites, 140 dockslips,
coin laundry, video room, heated/ac hall, playground, store phone and internet service 
on site and an open air pavilion.  Activities such swimming in our private swimming area 
on the lake, hiking/biking, fishing, boating are all available.
The trailer has 2 queen size convertible sofas and there is a large futon in the screen 
room.  In actuality the trailer can sleep 6, but with the futon add another 2 people.
We are located within a short driving distance to all Connecticut Casinos, New London,
Groton, Mystic and many CT historical features.  This is a great place to spend your 
summer months.
