(water, electric and sewer) RV sites with 20/30/50 amp hook ups and clean cabins.
We are a Tennessee campground and RV Park located in Spencer Tennessee, which is in the
very heart of the State between Knoxville, Nashville and Chattanooga and only minutes from
the “Crown Jewel” of Tennessee, Falls Creek Falls State Park.

around a campfire under a clear sky, gazing up at the stars, and listening to the sounds

Tent sites-25 beautifully wooded sites and some near bathhouse some very private. 
RV Sites-52 Beautiful Wooded RV Sites with 20/30/50 amp hookups, water, some with sewer.
Bathhouse and Pavilion nearby.
Frontier Cabins-5 Full Amenity Frontier Cabins. Each one with its quaint individuality and
modeled after the 1800’s yet with full amenity bathroom, kitchenettes, and electricity.
Rustic Cabins-3 rustic cabins are dry with full size bunk beds,(sleeps 4) electricity
inside. Water, grill and picnic table outside. Location: Near bathhouse.







































 Services:
 There is a Laundry, Showers, & a Dump Station for Customers. Welcome and Tourist
Information Center.
A Pavilion is available for group or club events.







































 Directions:

Take State Route 111, travel 3 miles South of Spencer, Tennessee. We will be located on
the left side of the road. (Only 33.1 miles from I-40 in Cookville and approximately 60
miles from
Chattanooga and Nashville Tennessee.)
 5.5 miles from highway 284, go North on highway 111. We are located on the right side of
the road. Look for the life size horses.
